I thought Dr. Spencer-Smith was very professional and helpful. If I had stayed in California longer, I definitely would have chosen him to delivery my baby. The receptionists could be very rude but I think he realized this and tried to be as efficient as possible. I even felt comfortable talking with him about very personal problems.
