Dr. Sum is a wonderful doctor, professional and knowledgeable in her area of practice. I have been seeing her for many years and am grateful to have a doctor that is approachable and listens. The clinic itself is a little cozy but kept tidy and has proper social distancing. Office staff there are busy bees like any other clinic but very organized and waiting times are usually pretty good.

Staff went above and beyond to help me with my MGD crises when my specialist optometrist was on holidays! Thank you for being my lifeline. I was really worried and couldn't get help, but this office was there for me! Thank you so much for the care and valuable information to get me through.

I am not surprise that most of us found the front desk persons are BAD, real BAD. She cancelled our appointment on March 24 and pretended it was cancelled by ourselves. Making up excuses and ask for deposit. Doctors are fine but with this kind of front desk to arrange your appointment, I doubted that worth to spend our time to show up with the appointment cancelled.

The front desk lady was extremely rude and slammed the phone on me because I had to cancel my appointment. I was told that they had to do the OTC 3D scan due to COVID, and was going to charge me an additional $200. But my insurance doesn't cover it, so I needed to cancel. she got ANGRY! I like my optometrist but I ain't' coming back.

Dr. Sum is a very caring doctor with genuine bedside manners. She listens to all my concerns and takes time to address them. I was able to observe while my pupils were dilating that the office staff takes great precautions to sanitize everything at every patient encounter. I also appreciate being offered retinal scans for the early detection of eye diseases. I feel very safe going there during a pandemic.

Dr. Sum has a heart for her patients well-being and offers a high standard of care. During this uncertain time in regards to the pandemic, she and her staff have taken extra measures to ensure our safety with cleaning in between every patient. Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Doctor is average but charges an outrageous premium of $230 per eye exam. Clinic is located in a run-down strip plaza and equipments are old. Doctor is on job action as well, so if you have any emergencies, she will turn you away. I’d avoid at all costs.

I love Dr. Tiffany Sum because she is very professional, and a very kind and caring doctor. The assistants are always very pleasant. My family loves going there every year.

Dr. Sum is extremely knowledgeable in the area of Optometry. She is thorough in her examination process. She is our family’s optometrist and has been for years. She also provides us with information on areas of concern to be aware of and to watch out for, which we really appreciate.
