Disappointed thought he was great based on the articles. Was looking for a Family Doctor and seemed nice and charismatic with his words at first, but then was rude, blames the patients for everything, gaslighting and wasted my family and I's time. His admin staff are a mess and keep lying to you. The other doctors are nicer and what is keeping his establishment alive. Should have read reviews before visiting. I am glad to know that I was right with what I witnessed. It is always about him, brags too much and conversations were always about money. Let's agree in general Doctors do make more in salaries than the average person, why target sick hardworking people during an economic crisis. Overcharging and charging for things that other Doctors never charge is crazy. Hope he can self-reflect.

To all the negative people who feel like they're not seen fast enough or addressing a giant list of issues etc., or why not renew medications in the middle of their work day like you're ordering food delivery..how many extra hours do you think 1 person can work? I am currently looking for a new Dr. Because Dr.Abdullah wants me to give him $45.00 to renew my prescriptions,and I refuse. He also has done very little to help me with this chronic pain. So until I find a new doctor I have no medication. His receptionist is rude and not friendly at all. I think she is harmful to his business.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Abdulla and the staff at Kingsway Health Centre, Manotick for the excellent service that they provided me recently! I was very grateful for the speedy appointment to see Dr. Abdulla and the quick referral to a heart specialist.

With all the current strains on healthcare resources, the great care I received was much appreciated.

Dr, Abdullah and his staff should be commended for managing so many patients especially during the pandemic. I have been impressed with the service provided on the phone and in-person during the last two years. My physical complaints were understood and treated appropriately - I am better now because of the help from the Kingsway Centre.

My family has been patients of Abdulla'soffice for over 10 years, but the current level of care for in-person visits is not acceptable. Recently, multiple members of our family had horrible experiences with this office. First, his receptionist likes to put patients ON SPEAKER, while other patients are in the waiting area and can hear the entire phone call. This is entirely unprofessional in a medical setting. Secondly, we've had three instances where we have called to book an important with Abdulla, generally 3-4 weeks out, only to drive to his office on the day of the appointment to find out he is not there, and we will be seen by the nurse practioner or other staff. There is no call prior to the appointment to inform us that the schedule that day has been changed. On a family member's last appointment with a skin related issue, the nurse did not even inspect the infected area, spent less than 5 minutes with the patient, and simply informed the patient that their skin looked "bad" and there's nothing that can be done for three months while they wait for a specialist referral. The nurse did not order blood work, antibiotics to deal with the infection, or investigate other routes of testing for the cause of the issue. Well I understand family practioners and nurse practioners are limited in their scope and time, it is completely unacceptable to not order baseline blood testing, or to not even closely inspect the area of concern. If you are currently looking for a family physician, I do not suggest this office, unless you wish to have your time wasted. I would attempt to call his office and explain my concerns, but the odds of reaching the doctor within any reasonble time frame are incredibly low. As a healthcare worker, I understand that most facilities are stretched to their limits, however, this an abysmal level of in-person care, and I would be ashamed if I was providing this level of care to my own patients.

Dr. Abdulla and his staff never disappoint me. Early diagnosis of my illness is totally thanks to Dr. Abdulla keen sense and listening to all my concerns. Super knowledgeable and always helpful, I’m so lucky to have him. My entire extended family is fortunate enough to have him taking care of us.
I wouldn’t change a thing.

Horrible service, don't think I have seen a more unprofessional run clinic. Mind-boggling how bad the reception is. Dr Abdulla spends the least amount of time possible and you can never get an appointment.

Has great bedside manner seems knowledgeable but the reception staff are terrible. Has been my doctor over 15 years...on paper as it is very hard to get appointment with him and not passed to someone else in the clinic.
Basically you are accessed, given meds or passed along for referral. This has been my experience with all healthcare in Ontario.

I have known Dr Abdulla for over 5 years. I have 3 children who see him as well. Between them and myself I’ve never left disappointed. He is such a kind gentle soul. I recommend him to everyone I know. I’ve always found him punctual. He answer any questions we may have. He always make sure I have everything thing I need. The staff Has always been welcoming.
