The doctor was horrible, not patient, angry and didn't explain anything. I had the worst experience, I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this office. His staff was pleasant but he was the problem, rude from the beginning. I will never come back and I will make sure to let anyone I know not to use his services. I am a paying customer, these are not free services so he needs to think about the way he treats his patients!!

I wish I would have read the Google reviews before going there. I was in need of an eye exam because I needed a form filled out for the DMV. I am a terminal cancer patient, so I only have Medicaid. Because of that, my options were limited. I called a few places that accepted Medicaid, and all of them only had appts 2 weeks out or more. When I called this place, they said I could come in same day! I needed that form filled out, so I jumped at the opportunity. At this point, the receptionist I spoke to on the phone, had an accent, but had no problem communicating with me. When I got there, I noticed that Spanish was the predominant language spoken there. I went in to see the Dr, and it wasn't Dr Anosike (who's name is on the practice), but it was Dr Kim. She seemed professional, but when I handed her this form, she was flustered and almost petrified. She read it, and said she never saw it before, so she'd rather have Dr. Anosike fill it out. I thought to myself, the form is simple enough, but ok...if she's not comfortable, I'll wait. She walked me out and explained to the receptionist that I needed that form filled out, and they informed me that Dr Anosike would be in the next day (Saturday), if not, definitely on Tuesday, and they would show him the form as soon as they saw him. They also placed an order for glasses for me, which they said would be here in a week. So I called on Thursday the following week gave my name and reminded her (the same girl) about my form, suddenly she spoke very limited English!! So I asked if the Dr had been in, she said no, and hung up on me!!! I just shook that off, waited until Saturday (assuming the Dr would be there) and called back. I ask if the Dr is in, she said no. I asked, when will he be in? She says she don't know. I'm like, how do you not know when the Dr will be in at a medical practice???? She hung up on me again. I called back and a different person answered. She informed me the Dr would definitely be in on Tuesday, and said just to show up. Tuesday comes, I show up. The receptionist asks if she could help me, I tell her who I am, she responds with, "oh". I said, "yeah, oh." She proceeds to get my glasses from the order area, then goes into my folder to get the form I needed signed. She looks at the form and says, "oh the Dr hasn't signed it yet, wait one second." I wait 10 minutes, then she tells me to go in the back with the Dr. The Dr. asks how he can help me, I start explaining about the form, he replies, "oh yes, the DMV form." (that implies that he's seen it before today) Well the form isn't filled out, and the Dr tells me he can't fill it out, that I need an ophthalmologist to fill it out. When I ask him why, he just brushes me off. When I ask why you or your staff couldn't tell me this 2 weeks ago when I initially dropped it off, he just walks away from me and ignores me. This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN A SUPPOSED PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

Dr. Anosike when he is there is a good dr. He is helpful and friendly with a mild demeanor, calm and knowledgeable. His staff is half assed except for the occasional gem who does'nt stick around too long. Not unfriendly just un office like. Like we are down on a farm buying pigs. In Spanish or English. The one refined older woman did not smile or seem friendly the 15 yrs I went there, with myself my wife or kids. So I migrated somewhere else.

I was there last weekend to have my eyes checked up and the doctor was absolutely amazing! He is helpful, funny and makes the whole experience so much fun! I would recommend everyone to go see he

The staff is hit or miss. There's one older lady there that is dumber than a bag of rocks. Saturday are packed! I wouldn't suggest going in without an appointment. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. I would consider going back but not to deal with the staff. Plus, their selection of eyewear is limited.
