I highly recommend Dr. Pettigrew, she saved my baby's life after my placenta separated. She came in at 2:30 in the morning and wasn't even on call. She was so calm throughout the whole emergency which made me feel so much better because it was so scary.

I recomend highly Dr. Carmela Pettigrew. I had my first baby on 2007, D nd C on 2011 with 15 weeks, My second baby girl on 2013, and always she was so nice. With my baby girl she has due date on July and she born a month beafore. Dr. Pettigrew was on vacation and an other doctor told me "..I am going to be your dr. Today, Pettigrew is on vacations with her family" i was realy scared and sad. They was preparing every thing for my C secction. An Hhour latter she was there in the hospital with me and my baby. She sended to the nurse to do every thing for be confortable. She is Profetional and worry for her patiens. If I get pregnan againg I'll be back with Doctor Carmela Pettigrew. Good experience on my two labor day. And for the D and C was hard to loose my baby, but she did a great job repecting my feelings and she was realy realy nice and no complications. After two year I got pregnan!

I would not recommend anyone go see Dr. Pettigrew. I almost lost my baby, had to have an emergency C-section, and was mistreated by her staff and hospital staff. She needs to lower her patient load and perhaps this would help, but she's still very insensitive and doesn't listen to her patients. My sister was a patient of hers too and had a similar story to mine.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, she shows preferential treatment towards her clients. She takes her time with some and others she push through as if she's running an assembly line. I experienced similar symptoms as several of my coworkers who recommended her to me their descriptions of the care, concern and how thorough she was with them was nothing like I experienced. I spoke with others and their sentiments are the same.

Tried to make an appointment as a new patient after a friend told me about this docctor. Websites have stated this office is accepti.gpatients. After calling and being on hold for awhile i was told that they needed to see if dr. Would see me or not pending contacting her. Do not list you are accepting clients if e not. I was never called back. I called back next day and same thing was repeated again. Wow. Not even important enough to merit a yes or no. I have never seen anything so ridiculous.

Wouldn't recommend. Dr. Pettigrew came highly recommended with good reviews and prompt service. I have waited more than 90 min each appt just to see her for 5 min. She is always late or behind. I have a thyroid issue so I researched & discovered it could be an iodine difficiency. She wanted to put me on synthetic hormone for the rest of my life! I suggested that before we jump to that step, perhaps we try a little iodine to see if that helped. She laughed in my face. Secondly, due to my blood type I may need a shot before my baby is born. I was informed their office does not offer it anymore and that I have to purchase on my own ($150-not covered by insurance unless provided by the Dr) and bring the injection to the office.I mentioned my first OBGYN (before we moved here) had it available. I was informed that Dr. Pettigrews office thought it was too expensive and their office won't make enough profit on it!!! Maybe she has become too busy? Cares only about making $$$$! :/ disappointed

I would not recommend anyone else!! I love Dr.Pettigrew. She's efficient and her staff is wonderful. She made me comfortable during my entire pregnancy and delivery. There's no question who would be my Physician if I decide to have another child!

Seemed very interested in my history as a new patient and actually listened. Very friendly staff. She has great personal skills. Willing to explain what is going on instead of just handing you a paper to read.
