I really liked the Doctor. He explained my surgery to me very well and I felt comfortable with going and having it done. I was told to call the office after I got home and schedule a follow up appointment in 6 weeks. When I called the receptionist said she didn't have the calendar for the following month and I should call back? It was the middle of the month when I called!! Why didn't they have an appointment book for the following month. It doesn't surprise me though. I find people who work in Doctors/dentists/clinics to be generally rude and uncaring.

Best doctor ever! Would highly recommend, people must remember it's not the doctors fault if the system is bogged down. Just be glad we have a health care system.

Dr. Norris examined me, performed surgery, and did a follow-session. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Norris, his receptionist and the staff at Sturgeon General Hospital. I got amazing service. I would highly recommend Dr. Sean Norris.

He is a Great doctor, spent lots of time with me expainling the surgery .Only issue is he has to wait for operating time because of cut backs by Alberta Health.

I was asked to change an appointment that I waited a couple months for, the day before. I was given two other appointment options and could not be at either. The receptionist was rude and implied that I needed to make myself available to suit them, or that I would be put on a waiting list yet again and it could be months. If THEY were changing an appointment that I waited months for already, maybe they should try a little harder to accommodate, and not be rude. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.
