I’ve been seeing Dr Edstrom and her staff for 10 years now. I do laser, filler and Botox. She and her wonderful nurses keep me looking great. My friends all go see her now and we look fabulous. She is knowledgeable, kind and fun.

My daughter was referred to Dr Edstrom for acne. She had been suffering with it for years and had developed scars. Dr Edstrom discussed our options and she was out on Accutane which completely cleared her skin. We also went with the skin care products from the office that were wonderful and helped with the blemishes. My daughter then had Halo laser with Dr Edstrom and also filler injections with Dr Lemckert who is also at Cutis.
My daughter’s scarring is gone and she looks fabulous. She has a new found confidence and all the Cutis staff are wonderful. I’d highly recommend Dr Edstrom and her team!

Dr. Edstrom was very professional, she went through all the options for the issue we were dealing with. And followed up with a phone call.

However, the front staff needs to have a little more training, and professionalism, on both the phone and in person.

Dr. Edstrom is a dedicated dermatologist. She is beyond exceptional, I’ve been a patient of hers for several years. She always provides me with excellent care and her staff is also very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Edstrom to anyone seeking dermatology care.

I saw Dr Edstrom for my moles. She did a biopsy and luckily everything was fine.She then referred me to Dr Lemckert who removed them with laser. Not covered by OHIPbut you can’t tell where they were. Now I’m doing Botox and Filler. Wonderful.
Staff are great. Would recommend to anyone.

Was referred to Dr. Edstrom by my GP for an ugly skin tag on my left arm. All went so well. The doctor explained exactly what she was going to do, froze and removed my skin tag. A week later the doctor herself called to tell me the skin tag was precancerous and that she had got it all. I was so relieved but at the age of 76 a bit scared as I have never had a precancerous skin problem before. Went yesterday for my follow up visit and the area where the tag was removed healed so well you could not tell it had even been there. The doctor listened and understood my concern about being worried about other spots on my body since this spot was my first precancerous one. She kindly asked if I had any other spots I was concerned about and I showed her one near my right knee. She said it was fine and then checked my back, chest and face. I asked if I could see her once a year just to be on top of any skin problems that may occur and made an appointment for next year. This morning I am feeling reassured and relieved I am in good hands. Thank you to Dr. Edstrom and the pleasant caring staff.

I have been going to the Cutis clinic for a number of years now and Dr. Edstrom and Dr. Lemkert, and all clinic staff have been great. Any issues have always been looked after professionally, all concerns - no matter how small - addressed with professionalism, but also with genuine care and reassurance. Dr. Estrom is very personable and even remembers minor details from years back. My recent (and new) eczema issues were treated quickly and very effectively, with a timely follow up to make sure the prescribed medications were working satisfactorily. The skin care routine suggested has made the world of change. Would highly recommend Dr. Edstrom and the entire Cutis 'family'.

I had a poor experience with a dermatologist prior to meeting Dr Edstrom. I told her about it and that I was concerned about my care. She was
Empathetic, kind and compassionate. She listened to me and involved me in creating a plan for my care. She understood my apprehension as she had experienced some similar issues. I really appreciated that she called me herself prior to my appointment as well. I have found her to be personable and lovely. Her staff were also great. Very friendly and thorough. And all Covid protocols were followed while I was there. I felt very safe having an in person appointment

I had a bad scalp reaction to a leave in hair condition.. basically developing an infected scalp.. She was so poor with this skin issue. First she would not come near me. Her nurse took the swab. She sent me to a community centre where i would not go. The swab came back and i needed an antibiotic which i got from a family doctor. She would not treat me.. If she wants to be a movie star, she should have done that. I needed her expertise and she did nothing for me. She likes pretty dresses and botoxed face.. useless.

I met Dr. Edstrom over 20 years ago when I began to take my Mom for her appointments. We both immediately loved her as she was very friendly, courteous, kind and caring. She took the time to get to know us personally and made us feel comfortable and well cared for. She never rushed us but took the time to explain the diagnosis thoroughly and clearly. In treatment she was always gentle and compassionate. It was for this reason I chose to switch dermatologists and now I am too a patient and grateful to have someone so professional, approachable and friendly each and every time I visit.
