After almost a year of constant unbearable pain, he was the first to offer proper tests and finally got me a diagnosis after multiple others completely dismissed my symptoms and refused additional testing. I am finally being treated and am starting to feel like myself again. Very thankful for this Dr.

Dr. Verger seems extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what is happening to my body and answered my questions, which I am grateful for. HOWEVER, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of the secretary to book an appointment (following up on a biopsy done 2.5 months ago). I have been calling over 30 times every single day for the past 3 weeks. Either does right to the recorded message (with no option to leave a recording) or it rings for a bit and then goes to it. Please hire an additional assistant if required - or allow for SOME way to contact you (voicemail, email, txt). Feeling discouraged as the results were supposed to be ready in 2-3 weeks, on week 10 now with no phone call for a follow-up appt. The one single time I did get through, the secretary was very rude to me & same to others as I heard while waiting in the waiting room for my initial appt.

Use to like thos doctor until covid hits and he start insulting people who does not believe in an experimental shot. He refused to treat me because of my vaccine status.
Does not keep up with appointments and his secretary always screams on the phone or when she spreaks to him so you hear all other's personal informations.

I have been seeing Dr Verger for a long time, and know him very well. He is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor, and I would not hesitate to trust him with my life or the life of the people I love.

However, trivial administrative tasks, such as setting follow-up appointments or even dropping off insurance forms are an absolute nightmare: Dr Verger, please tell your secretary to pick up the phone, or unmute the phone, or find a way to get the phone to work, or even take communications via email, for god's sake.

I know doctors' offices are extremely busy, but the situation is so hilariously bad that I suspect the secretary has a secret policy of muting the phone. I can spend hours trying to call, but when I go visit in person, the phone is hardly ever ringing. Every... single... time.

Dare I say, maybe you should hire someone else to answer the phone? I know plenty of people who would be glad to take the job.

Hello. If it is possible for Dr.Verger to read this,, I am pleading with you to give him this message. I have had Ulcerative Colitis for the past 10 years. My last colonoscopy he told me I still have polyps. I have spoken to many people whom have had their large intestin removed. IF HE DOES NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS I WILL GO CRAZY. MY MARRIAGE IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN MY DAUGHTER WHO HAS A ONE YEAR OLD AND WAITING FOR HER 2nd in SEPTEMBER DOES NOT WANT TO SEE ME IF I AM IN PAIN. I WANT TO LIVE A NORMAL LIFE, BUT THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I STILL GO TO THE RESTROOM WAY TOO OFTEN. I STILL HAVE SO MUCH PAIN. I JUST WANT IT OUT OR ALL I WANT IS TO DIE. I KNOW MY FAMILY WOULD FIND IT AWFUL. I HAVE NEVER BELIEVED IN SUICIDE, BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DO WHAT THEY DO. SUFFERING LIKE THIS IS JUST DRIVING ME INSANE. I AM BEGGING YOU.
