After 3 days of my 5 year old daughter being sick, they denied her an appt to be seen because the had computer training all week and was told to take her to a road side clinic. Alon Davis has been her primary care since she was born for her and the rest of my family. As of today, I am pulling my family medical records and going elsewhere. This doctor and office has become a joke.

He is a great Doctor, but his wife - office receptionist is difficult to communicate with & causes a lot of drama/friction in the office with both staff & patients. The rest of the staff is excellent though. It's a shame. Four of my friends including myself left the practice - she was the cause....

After being released from hospital, I was refused my follow up appt. and no further services available to me pending payment of a $500.00 deductable which was news to me! Why wasn't I told of this each time I paid my $30.00 co-pay? I was a patient of his for nearly 10 years. I have Lupis, Asthma, COPD, arthritis, and high blood pressure. I have found a new doctor but cannot be seen till Oct.1st. Meantime I have no BP meds, or prescriptions for Albuterol, Lexapro, or Spiriva. I always thought a doctor(or in this case, his receptionist and wife) could not turn you away.Had I known there was a deductable to be paid, I certainly would have paid it.

My mother had to have several serious brain surgeries, had many complications, nearly died, and has permanent disfigurement because Dr Davis did not correctly assess her condition. We trusted him when he said she had signs of "normal aging". He also took a "wait and see" approach to a problem my husband was having which led to muscle atrophy--fairly quickly fixed when I insisted he get a second opinion.

Dr. Davis and his PA's are knowledgable and show concern for each patient. Phone calls are promptly returned.
