Poor reception staff, is continually putting his fees up & if your unwell and cannot work makes it nearly impossible to afford such high consultation fees. Does not have insight into what his actions and words may cause the patient and as a consequence can be very destructive to the patients wellbeing. . Has poor communication skills .
