Not impressed with front staff and this dentist. His father Clyde has retired and it's too bad. Now, instead of a true caring dentist at your side explaining and having a dialogue, you get to watch an "educational video", then Michael comes in for a brief period to "explain" and then an uncaring staff comes in to talk to you on the cost of the procedure in a very loud tone as if you're hard of hearing. There's other choices out there. Get me outa here!!!
