I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ellenbogen’s for many years and have recommended him to family and friends. He's always professional in the care provided. He’s easy to talk to and really concerned with putting the patient fears at ease, no matter how minor or major your dental concerns maybe. I’ve had a variety of services performed and have always been satisfied with the outcome. He really cares about his patients and looks forward to seeing them. Needless to say, he’ll be my dentist for life and I highly recommend his practice if you want a positive dental experience.

I have been going to Dr. Ellenbogen for a long time My only complaint I have after all these years is that the dental fees could be a little lower, but everything in Northern Virginia should cost less ( unfortunately, you get what you pay for in this life and I know Dr. Ellenbogen is using the newest technology and the best materials in any thing that he does). After all these years he still takes great pride in producing quality dentistry and in getting to really know his patients. Whenever I'm there he asks about my kids (he even knows their names and ages) and my wife. He has perfomed amazing dentistry on my entire family from regular cleanings and sealants for my children , as well as veneers , crowns , implants and periodontal surgery ("gum sculpting") for my wife and me. I can't say enough good things about him. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment with him!

I moved to this area from New York and had been looking to find a dentist in the Tysons Corner area where I work. A co-worker of mine suggested Dr. Ellenbogen. I have always been bothered by my gummy smile and short ground down teeth. I went to see Dr. Ellenbogen about these concerns after after a thorough examination, which included him using a camera in my mouth that magnifies everything he took molds of my teeth a photos as well. I came back to see him 1 week later and he showed me what my teeth and smile could look like by cosmetic imaging the picture that he took of me previously. After using a laser to "sculpt" my gums he did 10 upper porcelain veneers. AMAZING. I can't believe how great my smile is now. I noticed that other people use the description of perfectionist when describing Dr. Ellenbogen, well they are right. He is the best!

Went to see Dr. Ellenbogen recently and he gave me a beautiful smile in 1 week. I told him that as a child I had spaces between my front teeth and over the years dentists would try to "bond" materials between my teeth to close the spaces. Finally I decide to really do sonething about it. I researched a lot on the internet and found Dr. Ellenbogen from Google . Went to his website and could not be more impressed. I decided to go for a free evaluation and was even more impressed by his manner and complete knowledge as well as his academic background (Brown University and Georgetown Dental School) We decided to do 6 porcelain veneers. I told him I wanted to get this done before I went on vacation. He called his lab and was able to accomplish this in 1 week. AMAZING! I am thrilled and wonder why I didn't have this done sooner. I am a new patient of Dr. Ellenbogen and recently he did 10 porcelain veneers on my top teeth and 8 porcelain veneers on my bottom teeth. I couldn't be happier with the result. My smile has bothered me all my life. They had spaces and discolored. When I laughed I always put my hand up in front of my mouth so people couldn't see. Well now I am proud to smile. I feel fortunate to have found him on the recommendation of a co-worker. He is the BEST!

I have no idea what the person above is talking about. I have been going to Dr. Ellenbogen for 20 years and without a doubt he is the very best dentist I have ever gone to. He excelled in cosmetic dentistry (which has helped me greatly , but also has taken great care of my children since they were small and to this day they still go to him. He is gentle and a perfectionist and above all HONEST. He will give a patient several options of treatment . Unfortunately in northern virginia there are many dentists that are not like that. I have to believe that other review was written by another dentist.

Just try to prevent other people become his victim. He placed a crown on the tooth next to the tooth which I scheduled for recap which was previously a healthy tooth with no abnormalities. He place a crown on that healthy tooth despite my explicit instructions not to perform this procedure is unacceptable and violations of my right to refuse treatment. I neither requested nor consented to his operating on this tooth, which now requires a root canal because the nerves have been exposed and the crown improperly installed. It causes lots of pain.
