Staff were courteous and professional. Dentist was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Good interaction with quality work.

Justin is a nice guy, But he totally screwed my mouth up. He did my plates and ended tearing one of my crowns off. He never replaced the crown. The plates never fit properly i was back to see him countless times.

He is dangerous! My husband's 4 piece front bridge fell out. I reminded Pratt that my husband was on blood thinners. No problem says Pratt. Pratt cut away a skin flap and was about to glue bridge back in. I insisted that he stitch the cut first. He grudgingly acquiesced. For the next 30 hours my husband bled. Pratt said, "Go to Emerg at the hospital, or wait a few more hours. It will eventually stop." After a further 4 hours of bleeding I called our family physician who attended immediately and spent a full hour quaterizing (sp?) the bleed. It was serious!

I had been warned by my son, a neighbor and a local professional in Kirkland Lake that Pratt was "irresponsible and anxious to pay down the mortgage on his dental practice building.".

I find Dr. Pratt an exceptionally kind, caring knowledgeable dentist. He's been my dentist since moving up here from the Toronto area 10 yrs. ago.

This dentist is always rushed and doesn’t take time to listen to concerns. Went to another dentist who discovered 7 cavities were present and missed during my routine visits with Dr.Pratt. The fillings he did are also poorly done and now falling out. Sad... do not recommend.

Unfortunately I did not have the same service, I was so mad at this person I could not go back to have him fix his mistakes.. he kept grinding my bottom teeth down so he could fit the crowns , I remember telling him to stop grinding (or having shaving the bottom of my teeth) my answer from him was just a smirk.. I paid approximately $7000.00 for the crowns, now the bottom of my teeth(s) have turned brown and there is not a day I do not curse this dentist for ruining the teeth I have left in my mouth...I so wish I would of did some ground work on other people in this profession.. Personally I would never recommend him even to a enemy...

I was given braces multiple times now and was told it was time to remove them again, got retainers that I wear all day every day and my teeth are crooked again. Very glad I spend a few thousand on my teeth for nothing.
