Dr Razack attended to my broken neck from a hang glider accident in October 2002 and 18 years on I am 100% well and active after breaking vertebrae 5, 6 and seven with 60% displacement into the spinal chord. (I still have the MRI scans) Thankyou Dr Nizam Razack!!!

I'm sure Dr. Razack is a great doctor but WOW his staff is absolutely incompetent, particularly the "new patient coordinator", Lewisha..Get it together..you can not have IMAGERY through FAX. I spent 3 days trying to get her information via fax only to realize she had no idea what to receive through fax. Oh and hire a new patient coordinator, not just someone who is also doing clinicals. Good luck.

Timing is essential when searching for answers, and wanted nothing more than the best for my end results , I feel Dr. Razack expedited my office visit and care. However, the time waiting for surgery date, seemed forever. Of course, due to insurance issues. I do feel the standard of care in which I received was exceptional. I've since undergone cervical fusion and currently on my way to a full recovery. I want to add, the PA-C's working closely wth Dr. Razack, are honestly amazing. The hospital experience @ Dr. Philips was outstanding.

I was booked fusion and laminectomy a moznth after seeing Dr Razack. I had only seen him once for consultation and once right before surgery. Never once saw him again. Only his PA Mike. I only haf 2 follow up post op appointments. While I belong to several support groups, it's quite unheard of not seeing your patient after spinal fusion to confirm bone fusion. They let me go at 8 weeks and said if I encountered anything to call. I was 3 months post op and booked an appointment telling them Ive developed drop foot, bladder and bowel incontinence. Mike referred me to an orthopedic surgeon, a urologist, physical therapy and pain management. Their after care sucks. It takes 9-12 months to complete bone growth and I was let go at 8 weeks.

almost 3 months ago I sent my MRI and was trying to get an appt, I was told he needed the operative notes of my previous surgeries, I had to run around in pain, until I finally got them, before I could send them I received a call stating the doctor suggested a different surgeon, my condition was too complicated, without seeing me, without seeing the operative notes and after stringing me along for almost 3 painful month. Probably because I only have medicare

Dr Razack operated on my neck in Dec 2015 and within a few days I was feeling like a million. He examined me, noted that I had restricted side-to-side neck movement and then told me based on the MRI, which was very clear and he explained it thoroughly, that he could fix my problems. He told me exactly what needed to be done to correct my problems and that I would be left with slightly less mobility because of the needed corrections. He left the decision for surgery to me, no pressure at all. I decided the slightly less mobility was worth the surgery and I know I made the right decision. The surgery obviously went well because once done I haven't felt this good in too many years to count. I'd recommend him anytime!

Good surgeon. Under staffed. Over scheduled. Once you've paid your bill this practice is done with you. Re-.injured my back in a fall 7 months post op. Tried to make an appointment. Receptionist Sandy said "Dr and PA Mike do not want to see you. Go back to your referring Doctor". Guess all they really cared about was the money, not the care of their paitient.

Dr. Razack operated on me several years ago for a benign tumor in my spinal canal. I was in excruciating pain from the tumor and it almost paralyzed me. I could hardly do anything due to the pain. Dr. Razack was very caring and explained everything to me about the surgery before i had it done. He got the entire tumor out of my spinal canal and gave me my life back. Dr. Razack is a wonderful surgeon and I highly recommend him.
