Went to Dr Conte for 8 yrs. Never a problem. Office staff WAS great. Then the doctor's sister became office manager- she is confrontational and argumentative. She kicked 3 of 4 family members out of the practice. Lied about my son's decision to wait outside before his appointment for Covid reasons and "stole" $40 from me because they wouldn't do his checkup (said he was waiting in room w/o mask and charged for for a missed visit). When I questioned it, Dr. Conte said I didn't need to pay. Then they took my insurance benefit payment (after 8 years they they now make you pay first) took $40 out of it without permission even though I had paid the entire charge upfront.
They made so much extra money charging every patient visit an extra $10 for Covid supplies - a little bit of mouthwash.
Now a greedy, bully approach directed towards patients.
Find a different dentist - she is on her way out anyway.

Nothing can be worse than this dental practice. The dental cleaning took under 10 minutes. Hygienist did not know what a KN95 or N95 mask is. She was planning on wearing a multicolor makeshift mask. Also, their cleaning tools were not in sealed clean packages :( Dr Conte's room was very dark. Dr. Conte was very short with me as a new patient. She had no sense of concern. Maybe she spent 7 minutes with me as anew patient. Never explained the pano X-ray. Extremely doisssappointed. I would never ever recommend this dental practice. Worse ever dentist in my life. If I could give the practice less than a one start I would.

My issue and major concern is the brief and inadequate level of cleaning. I had an 8:45 appointment. Was in the chair at 8:50 and back in my car before 9:10! Dr. Conte walked in and said hello. Briefly question a but did no exam.

This is the best dental office. The Dr and staff are honest and caring. I appreciate being able to be seen the same day for an emergency. I am glad Dr Conte has the chairs to accommodate her patients. She saw me instead of taking a lunch. Find a health professional that would do that. I recommend her to all my friends. They feel the same way. Her office manager has been with her for 30 years. That says it all.

I've been going here for years. This is the best work I've ever experienced. I love Toniann and her front office staff too. Mary is always kind and thoughtful up front. My hygienist Marcella is five stars too.

Bait and switch. Had me do expensive X-rays. Was told it was a new panorama machine. Charged me extra and was not communicated to me by hygienist, office manager or Dr Conte. Office Manager Mary would not apologize nor let me speak to Doctor. Had neighbor quit going to Dr because overcharging. Dr spends about 5 minutes with you. Dr. Conte is trying to run her office like s factory and is greedy. Will not go back to her nor recommend her.

I am not sure why this dentist has a license. She has a terrible attitude and even worse in helping to solve a dental issue. She believes in passing the buck.

Dr. Conte's practice is a factory, she runs a number of rooms at the same time. If you are looking for a top notched caring dentists that has your best interest I would recommend looking elsewhere. Very disappointed with this practice. Staff have adopted Dr. Conte's attitude and are not patient oriented.
