The staff at this Calgary clinic were lovely from the front desk to the back staff. Unfortunately, this doctor was a different story altogether. Rude, gaslighting, verbally aggressive which frightened child, and finally condescending. We decided to leave because her behaviour was awful. What a shame and waste of tax dollars.

Waited 9 months to see her, when I got in, she was curt, provided no solution, told me to return in 3 or 4 months. There was no one else in the clinic when I went in and came out. Not sure why she is so busy, saw me for less than 5 minutes.

My son suffers from terrible eczema and Dr. Jafarian was the first dermatologist who made us feel heard. She is obviously very knowledgeable but also kind and considerate. Very strongly recommend her

She is the most amazing Dr that I have ever seen Canada since we moved from US. Bedside manner is way beyond the average, her professionalism higher than standard measures and the time she spent with us listening and addressing our concerns was impressive. I heard she is considered one of the best pediatric dermatologists in Canada with more 20 years experience in an institute like McGill. She didn’t do unnecessary procedure and definitely recommend her.

Absolutely terrible service from this “doctor”. Spent less than 10 minutes with us, very rude, refused to listen and only wants to prescribe prescribe prescribe. Not interested in finding the cause of the issue. If you’re referred to her, request someone else. Should have walked out when she said “well I’m the dermatologist and this is what I want to do”. The office she works out of in Calgary is brutal. They don’t answer phones or emails. Phone message states to expect a response within the next 5 business days. They really don’t care about patients. NEXT!

She is now practicing in Calgary. If you can be referred to someone else, do so. She is curt, spends no more than 2-3 minutes with you, and rushes you out with with a couple of ill prepared handouts and prescriptions to fill.
