The worst experience ever! No tact, diplomacy and most importantly empathy! It is all about business in Allwood Medical. The human factor is totally missing!!!
Dr Sanivarapu is a rude neurotic doctor who rushes you through even when you are paying from your pocket.
She comes across as ignorant and very abrupt in her demeanour. Her emotions change as the wind blows. She haggles with her patients like the people on the cattle market.
She lacks professional skills not to say her medical competence.
Refused to cooperate with insurance company who contacted her on numerous occasions, claiming to us she is not payed to discuss anything to anyone on the phone.
Our 65 year old mom was paying for her every single walk in appointment since she is a non resident. She had an unfortunate fall and it turned out that she had a lower back fracture. She was in tremendous pain for weeks.. the doctor stuffed her with 3 different sort of painkiller medications just to make her feel dangerously drugged up, which resulted in another fall and chest injury.
We experienced very disrespectful and undignified treatment from this doctor.
She fired us from the clinic (verbally assaulting us while gesticulating frantically) refusing further consultation or handing over the final medical report for insurance purposes threatening with police, etc.
She made up a scenario where she claimed that our mom has allegedly missed an appointment, for which she obviously refused to pay.
She sent our mom for a scan of the wrong section of the spine, despite she was complaining of pain and stiffness in her sacrum. The scan necessitated another procedure to be more precise and complete and the price climbed up to 800 dollars.
We are reporting her to the CPS for her malpractice.

She is currently in Allwood Medical in Abbotsford, BC. She rushes you out of her office. She does not like to be questioned otherwise she will tell you to find another doctor. She is nice at first but abruptly ends you in the appointment. You will leave feeling she does not care for your wellbeing at all. Not good.

Terrible service in Allwood medical clinic. They are more business than being a doctor. They usually miss Injection appointment. Don't even care about followup. I think they are doctor's less but money making machines.

She does not listen to anything I have to say, she even gets upset when I try to explain my symptoms or reactions. Very cold doctor, and intolerant. Prescribing pills even when not necessary.

She actually listens, and is willing to work with patients. Is she the best of the best, no....but in Abbotsford, where it's very hard to find a doctor at all, let alone one who's somewhat caring, I was very glad to find her. The front desk staff are **excellent,** so professional and happy....a true rarity in medical offices these days. Even after one great gal left, her replacement has been just as good.

Fired me twice for forms n asked me to fill forms n has no time for facts or concerns . I think she has Narcissist spirit .

I left my family doctor of 40 years recently. Put up with long waits, rushed consults, and little or no follow up. I put up with it thinking all docs are the same. What a relief to find Dr. Sanivarapu, she listens, does not rush me in the consult, I usually get in for my appointment within minutes of my appointment. She always follows up with the results of my tests. Puts my faith back in the medical profession.

my mother suffers from severe pain, just recently started and has gotten worse over time, dr sanivaripu just blamed it on mild arthritis and perscriped painkillers , that didnt help and just kept perscribing stronger meds, however mild arthritis should not need high doses of morphine to cope with pain. also her legs are swollen and dr capped it off to varicose veins and water retention, although water retention pills and socks do not help. they infact hurt and there is no water in her legs,we cant press into the area it is stiff and painful to her, also she started getting bruises from just being touched she blamed this on poor circulation, however the bruises are not goin away almost a month later. when we tried to ask what we could do, she just simply said, theres not much more i can do you just have to learn to live with the pain at this point my mother is having trouble just walking and standing up. then when we questioned her diagnoses she said maybe you should get anoher doctor

I find Doctor Sanivaripu competent, but her practice, as with any doctor, is largely dependent upon her administrative support. It is this area that is very sorely lacking. She may or may not be aware of this, but should. There is little or no follow-up, often for months, for which I do not blame the Doctor. However, the lack of follow-up can put lives at stake and she should be aware of this. I feel she is not. I am attempting to address this, but unfortunately needs go through the administrative support and goes nowhere.
