Best office ever! Have yet to experience anything negative and I have been going to this practice for 16 years.

they gave me a prescription that my insurance didnt cover. they told me to call my insurance to see what they cover. i called my insurance and they said what type of drugs they cover, but not specific brands because they arent allowed by law bc they arent doctors authorized to prescripe meds. I told this doc office and they just told me they couldnt help! i asked well can you suggest some birth controls that are similar to the orginial and then i will call the insurance back to see which they cover. and they said no. they cant do that and that it would be an inconvience to them!!!! So now I am stuck with nothing! Except a doctors office I will never NEVER go to again! and will be telling others not to either!
