Springfield Dental gets my rave review!
Being new to the area, we were able to book our appts to accommodate our schedules as they are open evenings and weekends! Dr Jobb was absolutely amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain treatment.
My kids love the office as they have their own area to play, not to mention a treasure chest to pick from after appts!!
One of the most comfortable dental offices I've ever been too!

Dr Jobb has no chairside manner. She is abrupt and rude and will yell at the patient like it is her child. I would not go to this dental office.

New to the area, had an emergency over the holidays and Dr Jobb took care of everything even while out of country. Maybe others impressions of her are bad, but having her staff booking emergency appts on a Sunday evening says a lot about her practice, they honestly care .

I just saw Dr Jobb as a new patient and was very impressed!
First of all, Her office is open evenings and weekends, which makes it easier when scheduling appts.
Second, the office is so nice! Very welcoming and friendly! It is a family oriented office, which even gives kids their own little play area. They even have a wii for the patients to have fun with while waiting, not to mention the big screen TV in the waiting room!
Dr Jobb has to be one of the most knowledgeable Dentists I've met. Her care and concern were noticed in her treatment. One of her best attributes is her caring nature, you know she genuinely cares about her patients.
Being new in the community, word of mouth is nothing short of perfect and positive, she not only supports her patients but the community as well ! I see her sponsoring all sorts of events, kids sports teams, and so much more!!
Dr Jobb and her staff surpassed all my expectations!

Do not visit this dentist, she is horrible. She left me with a frozen tongue for the rest of my life. During freezing she hit a nerve sending a shock thru my body but she continued to add more freezing! Her staff is very rude and they demand you keep appointments even when ill! All in all the worst experience lve ever had.....she has ruined my taste & speech. Tried to sue but no other dentist would back me up.....they are like cops (they all stick together). Do Not Go To This Butcher!!!

don't ever go to her she makes holes in your teeth, I went to the dentist and my tooth hurt a bit and when I got out it hurt even more and I had holes in my other teeth

Dr Jobb is one of the best dentist's I have come across. She takes the time to explain what the procedure will be, and puts you at ease. Her ability to handle children is amazing, while it seems she is harsh with them, she is actually teaching them to not be afraid, and to trust in her. My children both love her and the work she has done for them. She offers evening appts, and has the most amazing front end staff who offer nothing but beautiful smiles.

Knowledgeable, somewhat friendly, not great with kids (speaks too gruffly and not great when they are scared). someone got x-ray pics mixed up initially and almost gave me a filling in wrong tooth. A little pricey as I don't have insurance.

Went in for a cleaning and she recommended proactive treatment that resulted badly which poor job resulted in a rootcanal and in the process, destroyed a perfectly good upper tooth by shaving it down to accomondate the mess she left below. Got the impression its all about the money with her.
