I recently attended Dr Geneau's office for a routine eye examination. From the very moment I walked into his office I could tell this was a First Class State of the Art facility. It was bright, cheerful and very well organized! The reception staff immediately met me and made me feel very welcome. At exactly the time of my scheduled appointment I was called by one of the staff to do some preliminary testing. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and caring throughout the procedures. When it came time to be examined by Dr Geneau it was like being a guest in someones house. Dr Geneau's natural low key professional nature immediately puts the patient at ease. He took time to listen, explain and answer any questions or concerns I had. Dr Geneau and his staff are truly Nanaimo's Best when it comes to Optometrist Services.

I was recently at Dr Geneau office. The treatment I received was excellent. The staff was very nice, effective and helpfull. Punctuality was excellent. They did a full eyes exam to me and the experience was very positive. Dr Geneau listened and answered all my concerns with professionalism and knowledge. He did several tests to my eyes and again the treatment was excellent. He was precise and thorough on his explanations. I highly recommend Dr Geneau as an optometrist.

The staff were fast, friendly, and efficient and got me in quickly when I had trouble with blurred vision in one eye. This exam by far exceeded my expectations. Dr Geneau took time to answer my questions and concerns and did an eye exam so complete, well, it was wonderful and left me leaving confident that everything was okay with my eye health and vision.
Thank you Dr. Geneau, you are a true professional and an excellent Optometrist. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Geneau for many years for routine eye exams, and recently have been experiencing a challenging vision situation. his staff are always accommodating and friendly, and Dr. Geneau is knowledgeable, compassionate and always listens. I feel valued as a client and would highly recommend him. his office is not local for me, but it is well worth the trip.
