She is amazing. She is warm, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner is excellent. She is a gem. Dr.L Hansma is her locum right now and she's excellent as well. The staff are great.

Best doctor I have ever had - I can’t possibly say this enough. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Never too busy to take the time to show she really cares. Calls at home to check on you. Just an all-around lovey human being!

Excellent doctor but 2 occasions now felt staff are not as caring and as accommodating as they were. We have been pts of this clinic for years now and feel lucky to have a caring family doctor but wish this would rub off onto staff. Dealing with sick kids is challenging as a young mum.

Very friendly doctor but staff not very respectful. Felt very brushed off when I tried to explain my concerns to staff. This office needs a manager to maintain standards when dealing with people with health concerns.

At 50 something, I have to say hands down, Dr. Ching is the best family physician I have ever had. I have had thee calls at home regarding results or requesting a follow-up. Awesome but unheard of these days. She is the only professional I have ever seen bring a therapy dog into the office as well. Lucky to have her!

An absolute treasure, Dedicated and caring. Goes out of her way to keep you informed, even phoning you at home to explain the results of medical test. Always follows up on issues. So lucky to be one of her patients.

Dr Ching took over from our previous Dr who retired. She has been amazing to all family members, My two daughters who are now adults with little children have both stated how blessed they feel to have her as a Dr. We highly recommend Dr. Ching and the staff at Whatcom Medical Family Practice.
