Dr Smith seemed knowledgeable and performed a procedure to remove a cyst on my forehead. However, the cyst remained. He had me come back 2 more times, but the cyst was only marginally affected. He asked me to come back once again, but after 3 visits, with little success, I will go to someone else. He also made a mistake on my bill, overcharging me by $12 on one charge. I waited for insurance to weigh in and tell me how much I owed. I payed the proper amount, and his charges were correct and in agreement for all charges except the first visit. It seemed apparent that the charges were put in the wrong columns on the bill for the first visit. I paid what I owed, pointing out and explaining the mistake. I just keep getting bills in the mail, with no explanation. It appears he and his practice are too detached from both medical and financial patient dealings. He seems nice enough, but be ware of a practice that seems to be out of sync with efficiently resolving patients problems.

Rude and creepy. Does not speak to you when he comes into the room. He looked at my face, and gave me some samples that were not covered by my insurance and refused to prescribe anything that was covered by my insurance. Seriously, I'd go somewhere else, he should not be in a social profession.

Tried to performed surgery on me without gloves. When asked if he was going to wear gloves he became very defensive. Said OK if you want me to wear gloves I will, but as he picked the gloves he dropped one on the floor and still he put it on. I have not gone back.
