I needed documentation for my mothers long term care application. It took almost 2 months to get the copy of the visit. I had to resort to communicating by fax as the office staff was either sick and off or new. An extremely frustrating experience that cost thousands of dollars in terms of wait time for long term care approval. Her approach with my mother demonstrated caring, however she was unable or unwilling to complete the process.

She is ridiculously late for all appointments and has no apologies - obviously her time is more important than anyone elses. Office staff is clueless.
