Heather Owens was the rudest nurse ive ever had or seen. From telling me I had no pain, when i did, to rolling her eyes when I was trying to explain my situation. Absolutely no help at all, and didn't seem to know about anything I was talking about. Also very rude when app. was over. She said "Well were done here" very sarcastically while storming out of the office. Left me standing there like im stupid and didnt even tell me which way to exit. I wondered around the back looking for my way out. Note I was on crutches, too. Also suffering from mild depression, and the whole experience made it much worse. I was blown away and in tears by the time i made it home.
