Dr. McGrath is both an artist and a technician, perfect combo for a plastic surgeon. She did a face/neck/eye lift on me and I am ecstatic about the results. She told me she could take 15 years off of my face and that's exactly what she did. AND she was significantly less expensive than all the other plastic surgeons I consulted for this work. Meticulous work, a no-nonsense manner, a talented plastic surgeon and I feel so lucky to have found her. I don't look "done" I look happy, pretty and well-rested. The 6 hour surgery left me uncomfortable (as she told me it would) but not in pain and within 4 or 5 days the bruises were not really even visible. Within 10 days they were gone and just some swelling around the jaw remained. Now, three weeks out, I look pretty darned fabulous, if I do say so. I traveled from So Cal to have Dr. McGrath do the work because I didn't want to look like I'd had plastic surgery ala Los Angeles and it was utterly the right choice. GO! get it done!

I was extremely impressed with both Mary McGrath and her staff. This was my first surgery and Dr. McGrath and the OR staff met me 30 minutes before the surgery. I've never heard of a surgeon and OR staff chatting it up with a patient for 30 minutes. My results are incredible, one of my close friends that the same surgery. Unfortunately he has permanent scaring and the shape doesn't fit his body, you can't even tell I had anything done. Thank you Dr. McGrath and Ann!
