I came into the office on a Thursday needing a referral for another doctor, Friday, that I had an appointment for. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication somewhere within the office and my referral never was sent in. Friday, the day of my appointment with the doctor I needed the referral for, that doctor called to tell me they never received one. So, my other doctor’s office that I needed the referral for, charged me $50 dollars for a no-show fee because I could not afford the $90 to be seen without the referral I came in for. The day of my appointment with the office I needed the referral for, it took 5+ phone calls for me to reach anyone, and I ended up going through their receptionist. I was told that my referral was being taking care of right then and there and their staff members were on the phone with my insurance. My referral was not sent in until the following Tuesday afternoon! I ended up going to the emergency room that Friday because I was in so much pain.

I am so glad I changed from my former doctor to Dr.Smith.With the problems I was having she found the problems and referrex me to my heart dr.and he referred me to lung xr.I'm very happy with her.I highly recommend her to anyone.

My daughter has a serious injury and she stayed on top of it and showed great concern, compassion and knowledge during her care. She was great for my teen who was scared and for a mom who was frantic with worry. I highly recommend.

Lindsay Smith is the worst doctor I've been to in my 50 years. If you are sick, you cannot get an appt. Had to go to Urgent Care twice. Then during cold weather the dr wouldn't come to work and cancelled my appt! You can't get her to call you or email you or anything. I finally got mad with her receptionist so Dr Smith called me back & said she would dismiss me from her practice if I was rude to her staff again! Didn't even ask me about my sickness that I've had for over 3 weeks now. She didn't even care about that, only that I raised my voice to her staff. Will never go to her again and would not recommend her to anyone. She doesn't care about patients at all.

My family has been very happy with Dr. Smith and her staff. Dr. Smith has been on top of my daughter's several minor medical issues, and has taken great care of her.

Rookie Doc. Naive. Stay away! Has no sense that folks actually have to pay co-pays on their prescriptions. Anything above a soar throat you will get referred.
