The most awful human being! Perscribed wrong medicine,made me more in pain! Then said after oh.sometimes it works so.etimes and other times doesnt.What?Could have gave me a choice! Just a real unknowlegeable never even examined me just talk it was awful.

Worst experience I ever had in my life dealing with any health professional. Sometimes takes 20-30 calls for him to respond. Misdiagnosed problem originally. Ended up in ER. They told me the exact opposite of what Dugan said. I’ve been requesting a different provider or second opinion for 2-3 months. I keep getting stuck with him. I’m probably the only patient he has so he doesn’t want to let go. Stay away from him.

Don’t do it. Not knowledgeable, doesn’t care about his patients or their time. Probably should just avoid the whole Westfield office for the gastro dept. Never any patients there yet can’t get right in or get a call back. Not impressed at all
