Ms. Silva works with Dr. Albert Marano, but since its usually her that I see for my migranes, I figure she deserved her own review. Maria is very kind and pleasant, and really knows her stuff. If you appear to be having difficulty and she is stumped, she will not hesitate to have the doctor come in and see you without a power trip like some NP's. PA's can have. She sometimes runs a little behind, but it has been better the past few visits. The staff is pleasant, but be aware that they rarely confirm appointments, so don't forget to ask for a card and write down your next appointment time.
