I've been with this office for 15 years. I've never had any kind of issue, they've always been helpful, professional and by the book when it comes to treatment.

This doctor's office within Pine Street Medical is the absolute scum of the earth. The same scenario has played out twice for me when I needed a medical form signed. They refuse to sign a form by looking at your records ( mine were less than a year old by the way ). They insist on bilking the insurance company and making you get on the scale, taking your blood pressure and pretending they actually care about your well being ( THIS COULDN'T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH ) They just want the $$. Did it really cost $70 to put me on a scale , put a blood pressure reader on my arm and sign and fax a form?? I asked a week ago why they couldn't use my records to sign the form. The snippy nurse said about a week ago "Its illegal for us to do that." Is it illegal or is it bad for your bank account? They don't care if you are low income ( earn too much to get medicaid/medicare but not enough to afford it yourself ). These people are the absolute scum of the earth and I am glad to be saying good-bye to them. The only reason I went today was I needed a form signed immediately and had to. So Adios Pine Street Medical and Jan-Lauritzen Hoyt. Your greed has motivated me to search for a new doctor. BYE!
