The staff is ok but Rita Lofy is NOT a good doctor. She is very disrespectful in regards to patients needs and resolutions to patients problems and concerns. I question if she is even knowledgeable to hold such a high ranked position. I do not recommend her because she doesnt care about people and their needs. Her lack of respect and unproffesional ways of handling issues are unsatisfactory and warrants her to be terminated. She doesnt belong in the health and medical industry. Ask for Gordon, her supervisor, to make a complaint if you have dealt with the same nonsense. Very unprofessional and redicoulous.
