Coda is one of the few medical professionals who actually reads through previous notes in my chart each time I come in. Her bedside manner is awesome; is very knowledgeable; works with me rather than telling me how it will be. At the same time, she can be stern when she knows that I need to do something that I may resist - such as a colonoscapy. I often have to wait a few minutes but never for long. I have been very impressed.
