I have been to Zich about 6 times now in the last 2 months. 4 of the times I had to reschedule. 2 due to babies being born( I know babies dont wait for no one) But is he the only one at Betsy Johnson that can deliever babies? Plus he had a room full of patients in the waiting room. All of us had to reschedule. Then the other 2 days were mis-given days that the office staff gave me. I had to drive from home 30 min trip and back 30 min trip. Thats an hour of my life and time, not to mention gas. All because someone wrote done the wrong dates. I pay for insurance. I am not on Medicare or Medicaid. I feel that I am being jerked around. I am now talking to my insurance company to see if we(insurance and myself) can get a refund for the services that we did not recieve. I have been to OBGYN's since I was 16 years old and have never been treated this way. I am now in search of a godd responsible OBGYN and good office staff that knows what they are doing.

doctor zich delivered my son and is about to be delivering my second son and if it wasnt for doctor zich my 2 year old son would not be here today i moved from fl just for doctor zich he is amazing when he says he is going to do something he sticks to it!!! doctor made me a promise with my first son that he wouldnt let anyone else be the one to deliver him and he kept it i went into labor when doctor zich wasnt on call and he stopped my labor until he was on call to be the one to deliver my son!!! he is very helpful when it comes to things you dont understand he will brake it down for you to understand he is very sweet and caring!! i dont want to have any other obgyn he is the best!!!

Dr Zich delivered my 2nd child.13 he's of labor he let me tear and rip I went back for 6 weeks check up he came into room without a nurse he told me "if you don't have any more damn youngings ill fix you. He didn't inform me my bladder rectum and uterus had fell out of my body! Yes it can happen 6 years after the fact I'm 2 days post op.he could have killed me cause I had 2 children after my prolaspe had he explained my situation I'd morebthan likely not had any more

i LOVE Dr.Zich,He deliver my first child and he will be delivering my second one. he also deliver my husband and most of my friends. If i had an issue He address it and never let it go unresolved. He did amazing with my emergency c-section and didn't hesitate on anything or one. he was amazing. alot of my friends love him as much i do. hes a good doctor. i had alot of complications with my first pregnancy he told me that i was gonna be alright even when i was afraid. and i was. when a doctor at Betsy Johnson ER gave me the wrong medicine and almost killed my unborn child he was there to fix the problem and he help me with alot. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. and too bad im not having anymore after this baby bc he would be the one to delivered. and i deff would refer him to someone else{already have}

Dr. Zich is an attentive doctor. He seems to rely on nature taking its course soon enough. I've seen others doctors rush labor but not this one. He's really great!

Dr. Zich seems friendly enough until something goes awry in your pregnancy. He treats every pregnacy like a normal one and dismisses any complaints you may have until the problem is too large to ignore. I have about 20 more negatives I could list, and only the one possitive thing to say about him. He is friendly enough when you first meet him. Ladies, I implore you, if you feel that something is not right in your pregnancy, or you know you are at risk for high risk pregnancies, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

well, dr. zich is definitely a friendly and kind doctor, i have to give him that. BUT i went in for my YEARLY physical and i was expecting THE WORKS, i mean its been a year! I pissed in a cup, had a pap smear and was out of there...OK, WHAT ABOUT THE BLOOD WORK AND THE OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS THAT COMES WITH A WOMAN'S YEARLY PHYSICAL EXAM? even the health department gives THE WORKS! so now, i have to schedule another appt. with someone who isn't HALF STEPPING! because i mean if im gonna go to the doc and pay i wanna be taken care of FULLY! SIGH SMH! :-(

I just lost my baby and he hands me a bill for his services. rude!! he misdiagnosed me and never had time for his paients. I told him I was consider to be a high risk pregnacy because of my previous history and he told me no you will be fine and to do whatever I wanted to do and as a result I lost my baby. he did not try to console me or give me any words of comfort instead he sent me to the hospital with paper work to get prep for surgery to have the dead baby removed. once the surgery was done he did not even tell my family how I made out. they were left in the waiting area just wondering.
