I have seen Dr. Sexton for years. Today, I had to inform his staff that I will not be back to see him. I went for a checkup, and Dr Sexton told me he wanted to check for Covid antibodies. I declined. He then mentioned the vaccine, and I declined. He became frustrated with me, and treated me as if I were a child without the RIGHT to refuse a vaccine or testing. He then brought his personal life into the conversation to guilt me into submitting to his own agenda. Whether you agree with me or not on my stance on the vaccine, this is America. I have the right to refuse treatment and testing. He should not be treating his patients as if they do not have this right. When I said I would not be tested or receiving the vaccine, the conversation should have stopped. Instead, I was berated for my beliefs on the matter, and made to feel extremely uncomfortable.

I have never been called an 'idiot' , 'stupid' or 'the dumbest person he ever met' before. Then I was basically told that since I did not cowtow or fall to my knees and worship what he said, I should never come back!
The last time I was there, over 2 years ago, he was unaware that associates in his own practice were certified in the procedure I was inquiring about.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Intelligent, timely conversation about health needs for me and my entire family.

This guy is the worst Doctor I have ever been to in my life. Last year I lost my voice and most of the sensation in my arm. I went to Dr. sexton requesting an MRI and kept diagnosis me with Carpal Tunnel. Finally, I went to an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor for my voice who later sent me to a neurologist after I told him about my arm. Turns out I had a very serious condition which required emergency brain surgery. Dr. Sexton barely even listened to my concerns. Smh

This is a great doctor. I am so greatful that I am his patient. The extent and measures that he went through during my time of illness was phenomenal. To him it was the normal practice, but for me it was going above and beyond. The staff is the best ever. My story is way too long for this posting.

In his own words " I will have just as many sick people tomorrow as I do today ". Dr. Sexton and his staff do everything they can to get you in when you need him. You never call him and need help and be told to wait a week or 2. He actually seems to get that his patients are sick and need help. Which exactly what a GP should do! Matt,
