Friendly front-office staff; abrupt, rushed doctor time; curt, rude office manager (who you will talk to regarding questions about your bill). I think Susan was her name. I had a couple of questions in regards to an updated (increased) bill. She took the stance of bill-collector speaking to someone who wasn't going to pay her bill right away. I simply had questions. She proceeded to raise her voice to interrupt me as I would attempt to speak, and has to be the rudest staff person of any business I've been in contact with in years.

Outer office staff very cordial. My appts were always within 10 mins of scheduled time. Dr. Sawyer explained my diagnosis to me .Unfortuantely, I have not responded well to treatment
