Lynn helped me through a very hard time back in 1988. Two years later she brought the first pair of shoes for my baby girl at the NICU. I have never forgotten her. Amazing clinician and human being.

I love Lynn!!! She is an amazing gynecologist! She takes time with you- I feel like she truly listens and never rushes me out of an appointment! I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a great gynecologist! All of the staff at Sutter Davis Women's health are amazing!

Lynn is an amazing women!! If you are looking for someone that cares about their patients, then you can find it through Lynn. I am amazed by her. Within serveral appts she has pinned pointed my issues and I feel wonderful. I have been to serveral MD's whom ever even suggested the "meds" I am taking now. Feel like a million bucks! I am extremly greatful to have found her. Cheers to Lynn!

I can't say enough good about Lynn. She cares for you as a whole. It doesn't matter that you came in for women's health, she'll help you with any other things that are ailing you. Very thorough. She reminds me of Carol Channing. I actually look forward to my appt because she is such a kick. Great practitioner! You won't be disappointed!

Lynn Schimmel, NP is all the doctor I need. Very broad knowledge base (I bet the doctors confer with her when they get stuck). She takes all the nervousness out of cancer screenings and is very familiar with my (really not too-interesting history). Lynn stays current and up to date (probably has a journal in her hand during her down time). Oh yeah, she has peer-reviewed research out there besides. As to the aforementioned comments, the voice is higher pitched, it's genetic (not a voice just for patients), I find it compassionate and reassuring.

I had a miscarriage in August of 2008, and Dr. Schimmel was the one who met with me to tell me the news. She was more than kind to my husband and me, and was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. I appreciated her compassionate approach, and her desire to educate us in regard to future pregnancies. If you want compassion coupled with health care, this is the doctor to see.

She does have a high voice but she's very helpful and I'm looking forward to feeling better with the changes in prescriptions she made today. She's very uplifting and explains test results and why changes are needed.
