He is fabulous. He has taken several skin cancers off my face. Does excellent work, with almost NO scar. He and his staff are efficient beyond belief and always professional.

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Rotter to remove a large basal cell on my face. Dr. Rotter assured me during the surgery not to worry that after the healing process that it would hardly be detectable. He also said that If not happy how it looks then to come back in six months. After the healing process, you can’t even notice. He and his staff are outstanding. I’m really lucky to have found him.

Two years ago, I found out that a simple bump under my nose was basal cell carcinoma. My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Rotter as one of 2 local physicians (at the time) qualified and equipped to do MOHS surgery. He is qualified both as a plastic surgeon and as someone who can do reconstructive surgery, and in fact that was perfect for my situation. I was very concerned about the affect on my appearance, given that the bump was between my nose and lip. He attacked it like a warrior, and initially I was a bit put off with that. However, part of the MOHS process involves taking as little tissue as possible, in order to end up removing just enough to eradicate the cancer, and the patient waits at each stage while they run tests to see if more surgery is needed.
