I do not recommend Andrea R. Phillips due to her vile behavior. I was always kind when I visited her office for my appointments. Sometime after I had a falling out with a doctor who I was referred too, Andrea did not provide me with appropriate and important medical tests and she submitted FALSE and insulting information onto my medical records trying to belittled me and trying to make it seem like I had mental illness. Although I've never spoken to Andrea nor anyone at her office about the falling out with that doctor and after I removed her as my care provider on my insurance I had a hard time trying to get the rest of my medical records from her office. A person at her office had refused to give me records from the doctor I had a falling out with. I was physically ill while all this happened.
