Dr. Lakin is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in Novi, MI who specializes in High Definition Liposuction, Abdominal Etching, Brazilian Butt Lifts, Mommy Makeovers, Facelifts, Blepharoplasty, and Rhinoplasty. Dr. Lakin received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, NC, and his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester, NY. Dr. Lakin completed a fellowship in craniofacial research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA, and a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Lakin has honed his surgical skills by performing thousands of plastic surgery procedures and has been Chief of a nationally acclaimed division of plastic surgery and Director of a nationally approved craniofacial center.
