I am a little older and have been to a lot of Doctors and Shelly is by far my favorite. When I go in she listens and then orders the test needed and is fast to diagnosed my problems. Many of my problems other Doctors have missed and I feel that they they should have been able to help me but they didn't. She never makes me feel like she is in a hurry and I feel she really cares.

I cannot say enough good things about Shelly Ebert and the staff that works with her. I have been a patient of Shelly's for several years. Back in 2008, I was very sick and had met with several physicians who could not figure out what was making me so sick. After being misdiagnosed with IBS and exhausted from meeting with different doctors multiple times a week, a family friend recommended that I go and see Shelly. Perhaps the best thing about Shelly is that she is an excellent listener. About a week after troubleshooting (2-3 visits), Shelly figured out exactly what was wrong with me (gall sludge—which is hard to detect unlike gall stones) and helped me get quickly scheduled into surgery to have my gall bladder removed. It was amazing to me that she was able to diagnose so quickly and accurately—especially as I didn’t fit the typical m.o. for someone who would have gall bladder disease.
Since then, she has also aided in diagnosing me with a somewhat frustrating disease and has helped me work my way to full recovery.
Her staff is always incredibly polite and truly helpful. About a year ago I urgently needed some of my records sent to me—and they were quick to accommodate.
In short, Shelly is hands down the very best at what she does. I have never met another medical professional who is as educated and informed as she is—or who listens and genuinely cares more than she does. You can tell that she loves what she does.

I had to wait over six weeks for my first appointment. A few days before that appointment her office called and wanted to reschedule for an appointment over a month later. I told them I could not wait any longer so they somehow were able to keep the appointment. The day of the appointment I waited over an hour to see Shelly. Since that time she and her office have been extremely unprofessional about returning calls and e-mails. If there was a professional organization I could report her to I would. Do yourself a favor, find another doctor!!!
