I had a breast reduction and as an African American client I was concerned he may not get it right! I was wrong, my breast are beautiful, smaller, and tight. I was scared but today all I say when naked, was best thing I ever did! Yes he can be cocky but you have to be confident to be in his line if work. I thought he was wonderful, but I love cocky men anyway!

Dr. Garber and his office staff are wonderful - June 2014 I had a breast reduction and a tummy tuck - I am happy with the outcome of both procedures.....however I do understand the arrogance that some are complaining about - I did have a small concern about my belly button and asked a question about it and his personality was slightly different than that during the consultations but over all I am very happy and would recommend his office!

Worst experience completely regret going to him for breast implants. Started as a 32b, wanted to be full c. Ended up paying $6,000 to end up a 34b. His solution was to do the surgery again and pay half the cost. $3,000 to fix something he messed up. He was so rude and arrogant. I went for a second opinion and the plastic surgeon said he may have put a different size implant in then he said he did. DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR IMPLANTS unless you want to thro $6,000 out the window

Horrible outcome. Went in for a reduction and I am now the same exact size. Still wearing my old bras.. My nipples are crooked and pointing in different directions, they are different sizes and shapes. The scars are thick and jagged. One boob is square in shape. He didn't offer any solutions and was very rude and demeaning to me when I went in to discuss my concerns. He was arrogant and very mean in the things he chose to say to me. He acted like a different person than the one I had my pre op appointment. Would NEVER ever recommend him to anyone.

In my opinion Dr. Garber is awesome! He is knowledgable, confident and gets to the point. I'm not sure why anyone would say he's arrogant or money hungry. I was scheduled for bilateral mastectomy and the first part of reconstruction. Unfortunately I was stuck in St. Louis the day before and after many cancelled flights I missed my pre-op appointment. Sitting in the airport crying, thinking I would have to reschedule, I received a call from Dr. Garbers office, if I could get home he offered to meet me at his office at 7 the morning of surgery to do the pre-op stuff. I made it home and my surgery was successful. Dr. Garber is a great surgeon and an even better man!

I do not understand why this doctor is getting bad reviews. He is EXCELLENT! His staff always made me feel comfortable, and alwasy eased my fears. I think he is the best doc in South Jersey, hands down. I HIGHLY reccommend him to anyone.

Dr. Garber and his staff are wonderful. I had a breast reduction and he was one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. My procedure went well, his staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Garber is a true professional. I am very proud to tell my family and friends that I used Dr. Garber for my procedure.I recommend him to everyone. I can honestly say that after years and years of wanting a reduction Dr.Garber changed my life forever.
