It is near to impossible to catch anyone via phone in her office. The receptionists and front office are the worst I have ever encountered; no professionalism, they do not answer phones for days at a time, you can't trust them to leave a message for Dr. Peterson because they won't ever relay it! I can never get my refills on time because of the lack of care from the front office.

Shanna was a very nice FNP. Her staff on the other hand is very lacking. Receptionist has no idea at all how to handle the public. She would like to believe she is ALWAYS right. They call me and ask to change an appointment because Shanna was sick. However my daughter needs her refills. Called on the 19th and on the 24th, no refills. Now daughter does not have any refills. NONE! Not impressed with this office at all.
