Always in a hurry. Doesnt listen much and ignores symptoms without checking anything. Belittles quite often, makes the visit very uncomfortable.

Terrible bedside manner. I agree with previous ratings that Dr. Greenhalgh looks at her computer from the moment she reps in. This creates such a barrier to the patient creating trust and open communication. Her manner is rude, "know it all" and dismissive. I feel her thoroughness is compromised, because you just want to get out of her presence. I'm searching for another MD.

I have been going to Susan for over ten years and have never had a health care professional show the genuine care and interest in my health that Susan shows. She is very easy to talk to and makes me comfortable no matter how uncomfortable a topic is. I won't go to see anyone else.

Dr. Greenhalgh is such a good doctor. I only go to the office when she's available. She always takes the time to answer your questions. She's very good at what she does.

The minute she walked in the room she was not friendly.The first thing she did was open up her laptop and began question after question and typed away and didnt even look up at me. I felt like I was being interigated and that why I was there was not important or a big deal. I got to the point I didnt want to ask her anything else because I just wanted to get out of there. She made me feel so uncomfortable and that I was wasting her time.I would never refer anyone to her.

Have seen Dr. Greenhalgh a couple of time now. She is more personable than any other MD I have seen in the past and takes the time to ask questions and address concerns. Most doctors have made me feel like they are trying to hurry on to the next patient--but not Dr. Greenhalgh. She was caring and kind. The front desk staff was a bit short with me as I was 10 minutes late to the appointment due to construction traffic hold-up and they wanted to check with the doctor to see if she would still see me--although there was no one else in the waiting room at the time. Dr. did not display any unkindness to me for being late.

I've gone to see Susan G. for years and find her to be the best family Doctor I've had. She's thorough, knowledgable and has a very good manner about her. She's very easy to talk to and to confide in.

My insurance wasn't listed, but I just paid my co-pay.Let me say that I love Dr. Susan. She's witty, down to earth, and makes even the most embarassing problems seems routine. I've never had a problem getting in to see her and she's willing to work with me to get me what I need. Seems to show genuine concern for the individual which is a great quality for a Dr. to have. I reccommend her to all my friends and the ones who have seen her enjoyed her as well. S.~
