has no business being in healthcare she is rude and insensitive to the patient she does not take the time to listen or even act like she cares. She told us we were making up symptoms and that there was nothing wrong because the patient was young and therefore healthy and refused to even acknowledg , let alone do any tests requested based on patient symptoms . she argued with the patient telling her that she couldnt be having these symptoms and acted very disgusted we had even come in. she told the patient "i dont know what you want me to do" we will NOT go to her again and highly recommend against her. her knowledge is limited and her bedside manner is terrible

My daughter swallowed her retainer. I know what you are thinking. Who does that, right?!? It was a very fine, flexible wire that was glued to the back of her teeth after braces. Our orthodontist recommended that we take her to get X rays to see if it was stuck or somewhere where it could cause damage. I took her to the Insta care, and we were assigned to Kristen Carter. She was so condescending from the very beginning of the appointment. She insisted that my daughter could not have swallowed the retainer and refused to do X rays. I told her that I have insurance, I was there for X rays, and I wasn't leaving until they were done. She became very angry, opened a drawer, threw a robe at my daughter, and left the room. The X ray tech came and got my daughter and took the X rays. 20 minutes later, Kris came in dropped a piece of paper on my lap and said, "I told you so, there's nothing there." Then she left. I looked at the paper, which was a xerox of an x ray, and after about 30 seconds of looking, I found the retainer on the X ray. I went out, found the X ray tech, showed her, and asked her to call the radioligist. He confirmed that it was the retainer. At that point, Kristen came out of another appointment, saw me, and became very confrontational. I did not respond to her, but to make the rest of this long story short, I left, took my daughter to someone competent, and I can guarantee you that Kristen Carter will never treat any of my children, nor anyone in my family ever again.

The Sunset Clinic decided to change my 2:40 appointment to a 3:25 appointment without bothering to call, so I ended up waiting about an hour. (They had asked us to come early so we actually waited over an hour) Then when we got to the examination room, the nurse kept speaking over me when I was trying to explain my symptoms. After less than 3 minutes of being interrupted every time I tried to speak, she tried to prescribe me antidepressants, then lied to me about the side effects. "Antidepressants have no side effects," she told me. After being talked over, then lied to about side effects I just wanted to leave. Then she said, "Let's play a game where you take the antidepressants for 3 weeks and see how you feel." I was furious! I went to another doctor and found out I was experiencing side effects from a cortisone shot.
