My mother has some mild dementia, so even disregarding her telling me that Dr Janet was yelling at her because that might have been due to confusion on my mom's part, I did personally experience some very shoddy patient care.

When I called the office to ask about my mom's medications after she was discharged from the hospital after falling off of her porch, I called the office and left a message with the receptionist. Dr Janet's nurse called me back and got specifics about what the discharge papers said and even had me spell each medication to make sure she got it right, and then assured me she would call me back quickly in case I needed to go to the other side of town to pick my mom up as there was a long holiday weekend coming up and I NEVER received a return call (it's been over a month now). I have to assume that the doctor told her to ignore my call.

If she had called me back and told me that she can't see my mom any longer for some reason, that's fine, but being ghosted was completely unprofessional. I canceled a dentist appointment of my own because I was waiting for that call back and didn't want to be unable to answer, and I was never able to get my mother seen before the holiday weekend because I was waiting for a call back that never happened.

Dr Pasquali is very professional & always listens & answers any questions I have. And if I call & speak with her nurse, they always get back to me in a timely fashion
