It is not unusual to wait one, two, even three hours to be seen. Always some excuse - short on staff or have needed to add people to the schedule. Dr. can be rude to staff and patients. Dr. knows his business, but "bedside manner" needs a lot of improvement!

Makes you wait every single time. 1-2 hours is not uncommon. Was very callous to my relation--she had a tear duct issue and was told she would be asleep for the procedure, which she was definitely not. He didn't seem to notice.
