She treats the symptoms but is more interested in finding the root of the problem. Explains the situation clearly--"this is what's going on, this is where we want to be, this is what needs to be done, this is what can happen if what needs to be done is not done." Truly cares about the patient and their health. She is no longer with Westlake Regional Hospital-Primary Care Clinic, but has joined with Charles Giles, MD, in Columbia, KY.
