He changed clinic in 2021 and now I cant even make an appointment at the new clinic. I called and they said to go make appointment online and when I tried the website says user not found. At least I am followed by 4 other doctors just no GP, only specialist. When I did see him he was pushing pills and vaccines.

Helpfulness: When I was able to meet he was good, now it's impossible
Staff: Don't even try to call the clinic, they'll tell you to go online
Punctuality: When I was able to meet with him he was pretty on time... Now can't be late if you can reach him
Knowledge: Well I'm pretty sure he's a good doc, but he should know better on how to take care of his patients. 8 months and not able to get a 15min call... I had better in Vietnam.

If you don't want to do it anymore, it's fine, just don't leave us hanging and listed as your patient

I’ve been a purring fir about 5 years. Our annual checkups are basically done in ten minutes without any physical examination at all. He just renews meds and writes referals to other specialists. He won’t check blood pressure or listen to lungs or check weight . Aren’t those basic things to do during an annual checkup ? How is a patient to know if he has high blood pressure without checking it? I’ve never stepped on an examining table at any of my appointments.

Treats you like a cattle. Just wants to refill prescriptions and move on to the next. Don't think he even looked me in the eye. For someone who has zero compassion should really retire from the profession.

Why is he still a doctor if he doesn't take appointments? And you cannot get a new doctor, while still "listed" with him currently. This is ridiculous.

I have been sick for over 2 months and could not get an appointment online even his nurse tried to show me how and he couldn't . His nurse did some tests on me but when I had a phone consult with him he was unaware how in bad shape I was in. Please bring back the former Dr. Finkelstein.

Reading the comments below, I am relieved to find that I am not alone in my assessment of Dr. Finkelstein. Difficult to get hold of (yes), zero interest in me as a person (absolutely) . . . . eyes glued to computer, ready to refill medications, not wishing to even examine anything I describe. I need someone on my side, and I do not feel that our good doctor fills that roll. What a shame . . .
