I did my treatment with invisalign with him at RiteBite Waterloo about five years ago and the treatment went very well; however, at end end of treatment I asked for slight polishing of my teeth and he went on it without consulting me about what I exactly meant and wanted and did not check with me about what final results I wanted and he shortened my teeth more than I ever wanted! I got freezed when I saw the results, left the clinic (although the work was not finished) and then came back just to finish the hard edges.. I dislike this doctor and what he has done to my teeth. He has destroyed my teeth character by shortening them more than I wanted and he engaged in malpractice by not consulting with me about what I really wanted. You should make sure that he treats you with care, cautious, and respect and fully understand what you want before going on your teeth with an electronic polisher!

Dr. Luis and his staff at RiteBite are all extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are always kind and great patients with smiles and they work with you until you are happy with your treatment. I live in Vaughan and I was happy to travel to Mississauga and Oakville for such a great doctor, his excellent assistants, and lovely, helpful front staff.

He is extremely rude and condescending. Telling me that I might just have to give up Invisaligns. No you do what it takes to make it work for your clients.

Always pleasant and on time. You guys ROCK!! I have never had a bad experience and it is so nice to go into a place where all of the staff are happy and upbeat. You can tell that rally love their jobs. Would highly recommend to any one!

Expect that the staff take the time needed with each person so appointments might not be right on time but you never feel rushed to ask an extra question. Staff were great at fitting us in for an emergency check-up appreciated the option of calling when I had an appt.
