No issues with the doctors at Honeycomb Clinic. Issues are with how long it takes to get an appointment or even a phone call for follow/up when sick, mostly two or more months. Not a good outlook for seniors and the elderly who have issues and need care. Emergency is not an option unless it’s heart attack or stroke. ER can’t adjust meds, etc. and will tell the patient to see their family doctor. Scary as we age.

Dr Philips and the other doctor's at Honeycomb clinic are great! - But the administration and reception staff are god aweful! No one answers a phone, no one returns a phone call, the phone system is a complete joke and emailing for an appointment.... what a crock. - It's time to clean house Doctors, get rid of the people dragging your good clinic's name down. There is no way in today's world that when your # 6 in a queue that it should take over 45mins for a receptionist to answer the phone (if they answer). Even in these covid-19 days, it shouldn't be this hard to get a hold of someone.

Awful, awful support staff, I understand that when a patron calls with an issue its nothing new to them and that they have seen/heard this a 100 times over, but to that patron their issue is a 'big deal' and they haven't seen it a 100 times - Show some compassion and human decency.

Once again, the above negativity is not directed towards Dr Philips and the other doctor's,. They are great - Keep up the fantastic work!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for a number of years. I think she is absolutely awesome. Her caring personality and never being in a rush to get you in and out says a lot. Also love her personality, looks forward to many more years with her.

Amazing doctor. Office staff is a little less than ideal but dr Phillips listens to all my problems. Amazing dr. Knowledgeable. My kids love her too!

Great Dr. Our whole family now goes to her. She always listens to you. Does not try to rush you out the door and does not push pills on to you.

Switched to Dr. Philips after a chance walk in apt with her one Saturday and have never been happier for my luck to have seen her that day! She is very pleasant and kind, truly listens to all you have to say, never makes you feel your concerns or questions are irrational or inconvenient, and even on days she's obviously very busy does not rush you out. She has given more diligent care to issues I have in a few months than previous doctors did in years. I feel very confident my family will receive the best possible care under her, and never leave an apt feeling doubtful or dismissed as I have with other GPs. Amazing!

Dr. Phillip's has been my family Dr for a few years now and she's by fat the best Dr I have ever seen. So sweet and caring. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
