Wish she didn't retire!! I was in between Dr & 3 weeks later, I got into a motor vehicle accident and my hospital records were forwarded to the internal Dr who had my file. Now I was advised to stay with him until all is settle. I'm still searching for future transfer but 1 year later, still haven't found one 😢 Past patient..... Any GP suggestion? Miss Dr Nacua... But happy for her early retirement.

Dr. Nacua has been my family doctor as well as my Mom's for the past 2 decades. She saved my Mom's life by making the proper diagnosis on all illness that required immediate coronary care intervention. Thank you, Dr. Nacua, for your urgent referral to a cardiologist following an ECG at your office. You were able to detect a problem that a teaching hospital in Scarborough was unable to do despite all their fancy and modern equipment as well as access to surgeons and specialists!

The reception has been the worst i've seen so far, one of the lady always put you on hold every time you book for appointment. And when you come to visit the clinic this lady never greeted back. The other two receptionist/MTs are nice but this one. With my FMD, I sometimes get confused with her personality, one rare visit she's nice, concern and gentle and then the next time you see her, she can be apathetic and looks like always in a rush to finish you. Maybe she is just a busy doctor but i'm hoping she can maintain her composure and kindness at all times.

Only one problem per visit is allowed, book for another appointment again for next visit for additional problem. very well dressed but rarely smile. staffs waste so much time chatting on the phone. big enough waiting area. Doctor does not explain what is the finding, just give you prescription and ask you to use it. Horrible waiting time although you have booked appointment.She used to be a nice caring doctor, I don't know what happened? I don't see her old philippine lady assistant anymore who never smile and very rude, maybe she moved on? anyone who can refer a caring doctor please? I want to transfer even if I pay document transfer fee. thanks.-Totu

Ok so she's not the greatest when it comes to punctuality, but she's the greatest Doctor ever and has been for the last 23 years. She cares about her patients and you end up waiting if one of them has a problem because she won't stick to the appointment time to actually deal with their problems. Considerate, knowledgeable, and caring. Never leaving her practice again!
